POTSTICKERS
Dough:

  • 1 part water
  • 2 parts flour
Mix together and add a touch of salt and sugar. Once formed into a dough, wrap in plastic wrap and rest in fridge for at least 30 minutes..

Filling:

  • Ground Pork
  • Cabbage
  • Green Onion
  • Soy Sauce, Sriracha, Rice Vinegar, Garlic, Salt, Pepper
We don't really measure here. But do it based on your preference, mix it all together. Once it looks like a big mush of pork, its ready to stuff in the dough.

Cut the dough into little pieces and roll out into individual circles. Stuff dumplings a nice amount. To close, water the outer edge of the dough, and crimp closed.

Get a pan going on the stove with some butter & oil, sear bottom of potstickers for about 2 minutes, or until browned on bottom. add a splash of water, cover and turn down heat. They'll be ready to go in 3 minutes!
